Novak’s Bakery is a wholesale artisan bakery in Kilkenny – built on an early start, strong coffee, with a belief that baked goods should taste like the result of passion, patience, and handcrafted love.
Everything we produce is small-batch, shaped by hand, and meant to be eaten fresh – because when you care about quality, artisan food (and your customers), you can taste the difference.

We started with humble beginnings – a few local cafes that placed their trust in us. That was enough. We have grown slowly, stayed independent, and kept our focus on doing things the artisan way.
Our philosophy is simple: bake with care, deliver on time, and give back to the community we are part of.
