Our bread is handmade fresh every day using local ingredients and time-honoured recipes full of flavours. We make sourdough, and we make it of artisan quality.

This is the one that starts it all – classic, crusty, chewy, full of tang and depth. It’s a slow rise, long-fermentation white sourdough, made with organic flour and natural starter, and without preservatives or additives. Perfect for toasting, sandwiches, breakfast, or just tearing and dipping into olive oil (or soup if it is raining – which, let’s be honest, it probably is).

A deeper, nuttier version of the original. Our wholemeal sourdough has superior texture, superior character, and a whole lot of shelf life. It’s great for the health-conscious, or just anyone who likes a bit more heft in their loaf. Lovely with butter, better with cheese.
